This patient came to Y Plastic with concerns for her breasts after breastfeeding. It was very important to this patient to continue to be able to workout at the level that she was currently at. She desired a natural appearance but still wanted to be much fuller than before her children. After discussing with Dr. Yalif her options, she underwent a subfascial augmentation with Mentor MemoryShape implants. The shaped implant would give her a natural but full appearance while going above the muscle would allow her workouts to continue without affecting the appearance.
