This patient in his thirties came into the office to discuss scrotoplasty surgery with Dr. Yalif. He was uncomfortable participating in certain activities and wanted to alleviate some of his pain. He had a varicocele on right and scrotal hypertrophy. After discussion, he elected to undergo the scrotoplasty procedure.
